01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by H22Bet at https://h22bet.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product available on the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the H22Bet platform and refrain from making any deposits or bets. H22Bet reserves the right to refuse or close accounts that do not meet the criteria set out in this document.

02 Registration & User Account

Each individual is entitled to only one account at H22Bet. Creating duplicate accounts, accounts in someone else's name, or accounts with false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and the freezing of any balances for internal review.

03 Platform Eligibility

05 Withdrawals and Payment Processing

The minimum amount for a withdrawal request at H22Bet is BRL 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified accounts, using the same methods accepted for deposits. The recommended and fastest method is Pix, with an average processing time of under 10 minutes after internal approval.

07 Sports Betting — General Rules

Sports Betting at H22Bet cover sports including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), UFC and MMA, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and other sports with availability subject to the sporting calendar.

Once confirmed by the user, a bet is final and cannot be reversed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds — any fluctuations after confirmation do not affect bets already placed. H22Bet may refuse or limit bets at any time at its own discretion, particularly in cases of odds published incorrectly due to a technical error.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, single bets are refunded as real balance. In accumulator tickets, the cancelled market is treated as a "void" selection and all remaining selections stay active.
• H22Bet may void bets placed after an event has started when there is evidence that the bettor had prior knowledge of the partial result.
• Maximum odds per bet may apply depending on the account profile and the market selected.
• Live bets are subject to brief market suspensions during key moments of the event (goals, fouls, injuries, VAR reviews).

10 Account Closure & Suspension

H22Bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or prohibited behavior, a self-exclusion request by the user, a judicial or regulatory ruling, or prolonged inactivity as defined by internal policy.

• Unconverted bonus balances are automatically cancelled upon account closure.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
